袁晖(1943.5—)别名袁著同，山东青岛人。擅长版画、中国画。1962年肄业于山东艺专。后在山东临沂地区艺术馆任美术创作员。1977年调《大众日报》任美编，1982年在中央美院版画系进修。历任《齐鲁晚报》美术摄影部主任、高级编辑。山东新闻美协副主席、山东画院高级画师。作品《希伯在沂蒙》1977年入选全国全军美展；《亲》入选第六届全国美展，中国美术馆收藏；《祖国万岁》入选第六届全国美展；《植树造林造福后代》入选全国第一届宣传画展，并获二等奖；《何日再相逢》入选第七届全国美展。
