晓岗，原名赵庚禄，男，汉族，1934年8月22日(阴历)出生于西安市。现任中国美术家协会会员、中国版画家协会常务理事、甘肃版画家协会主席。
国家一级美术师、中国美术家协会会员。1951年工作、1954年毕业于西北艺术学院美术系(今西安美院)。1956年甘肃省美术工作室、任美术创作干部，原《甘肃画报》，美术、摄影记者。1958年任《工农文艺》报“画刊”组组长，1979年任甘肃省文联美术组副组长、参予甘肃省美术家协会筹备组工作。省文联委员、甘肃省美术家协会第一副主席(驻会)、甘肃省版画家协会主席、中国版画家协会常务理事。
名传编入《中国艺术家辞典》、《中国现代美术家名鉴》(中日合编)、大型辞书《美术辞林——版画卷》、《中国当代名人录》等多种辞书。
作品有《延安小景》、《雪山夜站明》、《大漠飞鸿》、《搏击天河》、《山鹅逐春水》、《草原巡医》、《金翅飞云端》、《古道胜迹》、《天下雄关》、《晨光出牧》、《苍古有灵》等。1996年获鲁迅版画奖。
作品在《人民日报》、《美术》、《北京周报》、《版画世界》、《版画艺术》等省级以上几十种报刊杂志发表，编入《中国新文艺大系——美术集》、《中国现代美术全集——版画卷》、《中国新兴版画五十年作品选集、六十年作品选集》、《中国现代版画集》(日本，前苏联出版)、《中国现代木刻》(香港)、《大陆百人名版画家联展画集》(台湾)、中国画编入《天安门珍藏画集》(续集)等。
作品入选中华人民共和国文化部·中国美术家协会主办第三、四、五、六、八届、九届全国美展。中国美术家协会、中国版画家协会主办第三、六、——十二届、十四届全国版画展以及全国性专题美展；在日、美、前苏联、蒙古等国及香港、台湾等地展出；1992年9月在嘉峪关、长城博物馆、1993年4月在深圳博物馆1997年11月汕头画院举办个人作品展览，均受好评。
获奖情况《天下雄关》、《大漠飞鸿》、《丝路新弦》、《雪山夜站明》等获九届全国版画展“优秀创作奖”、1985年甘肃省委、省政府颁发“优秀文艺作品奖”1993年首届“敦煌文艺奖”、1998年第二届“敦煌文艺奖“。1996年全国“鲁迅版画奖”1988年第十二回国际美展表彰状、(五、六十年代优秀版画家贡献奖)。多件作品获全省美展一、二等奖。中国美术馆、北京，民族文化宫、中南海、周恩来纪念馆、黄河博物馆等收藏。
四十多年来、作为组织者在甘肃省主持和参予历届省级大型美展的组织、评选、展出工作，筹办主持了1961年著名画家《常书鸿油画展》、1962年赵望云《祁连山区旅行写生展览》在兰州展出。1983年《内蒙古、云南、甘肃、宁夏、青海、新疆版画联展》1989年《丝绸之路版画艺术作品展》在北京的展出、受到各界好评。
