龙圣明(1944.6—)苗族，广西大苗山(融水县)人。擅版画。广西艺术学院。《中国美术家协分广西分会供稿》1959年入广西艺术学院附中预科班，1962年入广西艺术学院美术系版画专业，1984年入中央美术学院版画系进修。历任广西艺术学院美术系副教授，教研室主任、工作室主任，《创造与人才》杂志副主编。作品有《曙光》、《牛》、《瑶山丰年》、《铜鼓舞》。曾荣获全国少数民族美展佳作奖，获全国优秀版画家“鲁迅版画奖”等。出版有《中国当代幽默画家作品选》、《桑吉纳—红棕素描》等书。
