朱琴葆，江苏省美术馆一级画师、版画家。无锡市人。女。1950年无锡竞志女中初中毕业。1958年中央美术学院华东分院版画系毕业，学习期间，曾出席在布拉格召开的第四届世界大学生代表大会。1961年入江苏省美术馆，从事版画创作，为江苏水印木刻画派的代表画家，现任江苏省版画家协会副会长，作品内容....以江南水乡为主，描绘祖国壮丽河山，用刀苍劲，画风严谨，将传统的水印木刻和现代木刻相结合形成自己独特风格。作品有数百件，参加中外各种画展。其中《春》被列入建国十年优秀作品，《大地初醒》等入选第六届全国美展优秀作品展。主要论文有《民族形式与创新》。1987年获《版画世界》颁赠的“鲁迅奖章”。同年被英国欧洲出版中心收入《1987—1988世界名人录》，由英国剑桥名人传记中心编入《1988亚太地区世界名人录》。1988年被评为江苏省三八红旗手。
