梁海福，一九五八年生，山西文水人。一九八三年毕业于山西大学艺术系，获文学学士学位。现为中国美术家协会会员、山西省美术家协会常务理事、山西画院艺术委员会主任、创作部主任，国家一级美术师。多年来潜心国画艺术，对故乡的风土人情、山光水色情有独钟。浑沦秀发，泥土生香，作品随意而发，恍惚成像，自然天成。重气韵，重意境，简率野逸，鲜活生动。作品多次在国内外美展展出并获奖。其中《梦中行》获中国美协主办的“首届中华杯全国中国画大奖赛”三等奖，《初雪》获文化部、中国美协联合主办的“第七届全国美术作品展”铜牌奖，《冬季》获中国美协主办的“首届全国山水画展”优秀奖。
