张国兴(1950.1—)河北人。中国美术家协会会员，国家一级美术师(教授)。历任中国文联书画中心培训部副主任，河北省山水画研究会副会长，秦皇岛画院院长，秦皇岛市美术家协会副主席，中国画研究会会长，台湾中国美术家协会荣誉理事等。毕业于中央美术学院国画系专业班，作品多次参加国内外大展并获奖。许多作品入选国家赴日本、美国、韩国、瑞典、芬兰、加拿大等国展出。中国美术家协会、人民大会堂、天安门、毛主席纪念堂、党中央会堂、文化部、中国文联、日本村上美术馆、长江艺术馆、台湾山美术馆、加拿大大人物画廊、香港东方艺术中心等几十家有作品收藏。美术、美术观察、东方美术、美术界、日本国画道教育、中国文化报、文艺报、美术报、北京周报、河北画报等几十家发表介绍。曾在日本、北京等地举办个展，出版个人画集三部。近年入文化部、中国美协主办的中华世纪之光中国画提名展、中国画百人扇面精品展、当代中国山水画、油画风景展、张大干诞辰一百周年研讨会、为澳门回归绘制山水画百米长卷、党的十六大为中央会堂绘制大幅国画等重要学术活动。
