王增祥，字瑞福，号湖滨。山东省鱼台县人，毕业于曲阜师范大学美术系。师从南开大学教授陈玉圃先生.现为中国美术家协会会员，国家一级美术师，山东画院高级画师，中国国际友好联络会理事，中国友联画院画家。84年开始发表作品，近300幅作品先后在《大众日报》、《中国书画报》、《羲之书画报》、《都市发展报》、《美术》、《国画家》、《中国花鸟画》、《中国书画博览》、《翰墨神韵》等20多家报刊杂志发表、入编大型画集14部。部分作品在全国美展中入选、获奖，出版有《王增祥花鸟画》、《美术家王增祥》、《王增祥花鸟画选》、《画鸟名家.王增祥》、《王增祥画集》，事迹载入《山东美术家词典》、《山东美术全书》，被中国国际友好联络会授予"国际友好和平艺术家。
