崔惠民，1951年出生于山西省襄汾县，大专文化，后进修毕业于天津美术学院研究生班。现任山西省临汾地区医药管理局党委书记、局长，曾六次荣获国家级大奖，先后荣获全国“五一”劳动奖章、全国法制工作先进个人、全国医药行业优秀干部等荣誉，并当选为山西省第九届人大代表；现为中国董寿平书画艺术研究会常务理事、山西省美协花鸟画学会副会长、山西省美术研究会常务副会长、山西师范大学美术系名誉教授、首都书画艺术研究院研究员、山西省临汾地区美协名誉主席。为使海内外读者通过此文了解我国众多艺术国粹以及三晋优秀人才热爱党、热爱祖国、热爱人民、热爱家乡，献身艺术的高尚品德，特编此文。
