傅梅影，生于1928年9月，江西修水人。著名国画家，歌词作家，曾供职于九江市群众艺术馆。中国美术家协会会员，音乐家协会会员，国际美术家联合会会员，中国书画家艺术交流协会副会长。国际名人画院特聘教授、中原书画研究院名誉院长、南昌大学艺术系客座教授、香港东方文化艺术中心特聘委员、九江美术家协会顾问。九江画院名誉院长。擅长花鸟，兼攻山水，以画梅著称，被誉为“江南一枝梅”。
出版有《江南一支梅·傅梅影》画集等。人民美术出版社出版有《傅梅影画集》、《中国画选辑》、中国画报出版社出版《傅梅影国画选集》。近年来先后在南京、广州、武汉、深圳、南昌等地举办过十次个人画展，并参加首届中国艺术博览会，九五年应邀赴日本文化交流并举办画展，作品多次被选送美国、日本、新加坡、加拿大、港、澳台等地展出。人民大会堂、中央文史馆、北京天安门、新加坡中华美术研究会、加拿大“艺坛之家”、台湾中国美术中心均有收藏。“雪梅”、“群芳图”毛主席纪念堂收藏，分别载入《毛主席纪念堂珍藏画集》和《东方红大型画集》。
95年荣获“中华和平统一杯”国际大赛“金杯奖”，96年荣获第二届“王子杯”海峡两岸书画大赛“金”奖。荣获国际文化交流荣誉奖；荣获“世界艺术名人证书”，艺术成就被载入《世界华人艺术家博览大典》、《世界现代美术家辞典》、《中国当代国画家辞典》、《中国文艺家传集》、《中国美术家名人录》等。2002年12月，当选为中国美术网第一届艺术委员会理事。
2011年12月28日11时40分，著名书画家、诗词作家，被誉为“江南一枝梅”的傅梅影同志于因病医治无效，在九江逝世，享年86岁。傅梅影同志的遗体告别仪式定于2012年1月1日上午九时在贺家山举行。
