崔基旭，男，安徽师范大学美术学院教授，1945年生，祖籍安徽省宿州市，安徽砀山人，1969年毕业于合肥师范学院美术系，现为安徽师范大学美术学院教授，硕士研究生导师，中国美术家协会会员、中国书法家协会会员，全国高等院校美术专业教材编委，是我国著名的书画家、美术教育家、书画鉴定家。74年开始在全国各专业性刊物发表作品，作品入选过全国花鸟画展、全国当代花鸟画名家作品邀请展、全国中国画作品展、全国中国画提名展、中外草书展、第七届全国书法篆刻展等50余项全国性大型展事，1993年11月应德国政府邀请在两市举办个人书画展。
先后出版《中国花鸟画研究》（全书20万字，由江苏美术出版社出版发行）、《聊斋三百印》（由安徽美术出版社出版发行）、《亚洲书法新潮》（中国美院出版社出版发行）等多部专著，2003年主编21世纪高等美院美术专业教材《中国画·花鸟》（安徽美术出版社出版发行），曾获全国七届书展一等奖、安徽省社科成果著作三等奖、安徽省美术教育论文一等奖等奖项。
