高显惠，1963年生于辽宁省盖州市，1986年就读于鲁迅美术学院，现为中国美术家协会会员，中国工笔画学会会员，国家二级美术师，辽宁省美术家协会理事，营口市美术家协会副主席，盖州市文联副主席，盖州市美术家协会主席，盖州画院名誉院长。
主要作品
《辽南秋高》获2004年全国中国画作品展优秀奖，《辽南人家》获中央电视台、中国美协联合举办的2004年首届全国电视中国画大赛优秀奖、《老海》入选第十六届国际造型艺术家协会代表大会·美术特展，《晓雾初开》入展西泠印社首届国际艺术节中国画大展，《辽南金秋》、《岁月留痕》分别获第五届当代中国山水画展优秀奖、百家奖，《云涌辽南鸣清泉》获2005年全国中国画作品展优秀奖，2006年《岁月留痕》入选全国第六届工笔画大展并晋京展出，2007年获第二届中国“齐白石奖”中国画作品展铜奖。出版2004年、2006年挂历两套《高显惠山水画选》，2007年出版《高显惠写意山水》画集、《当代名家写意山水画库》、《高显惠山水画集》、名字和传略现已编入《中国当代艺术名人大辞典》等多部辞书内。高显惠，1963年生于辽宁盖州.中国美术家协会会员，辽宁省美术家协会会员.营口市青年美术家协会副主席，盖州市青年美协主席，主攻中国山水画.
