张守建，男，1955年生，河南长垣人，郑州铁路局美协主席，现为河南省美术家协会理事、河南省美协山水画艺委会副主任兼秘书长、河南省国画家协会副秘书长、河南省画院特聘画家。
1998年作品《九寨五月》获国家文化部全国第八届群星奖优秀奖，并获河南省文化厅河南省第八届群星奖一等奖。1999年参加中国美术家协会举办的“庆祝建国50周年全国山水画大奖”2000年作品《九寨春韵》荣获文化部、中国文联等单位举办的世界华人艺术大展铜奖。作品曾先后入选全国第二届、第四届山水画展；纪念毛泽东《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》发表60周年全国美展；“大河上下”—全国著名山水画家邀请展；“风格.时代”全国著名画家邀请展‘“西部风韵”全国著名画家邀请展。
