曹瀚（曹晓林）：男，1963年生于甘肃通渭。1984年考入西北师大美术系，学习中国画专业。1988年毕业留校任教。1999年考入中央美术学院国画系“胡伟工作室”硕士研究生班，学习“材料技法和传统绘画的修复与保护”。近年来教学之余主要致力于现代水墨与材料技法的探索研究。先后两次举办个人画展，作品多次入选国家级、省市级画展。现为中国美术家协会会员、甘肃画院特聘美术师、兰州画院特聘美术师、西北师范大学美术学院中国画系主任、副教授、硕士研究生导师。作品多次入选全国和省市级美展，曾获国家级铜奖一次，省级一等奖五次。有作品被国家人事部、甘肃省博物馆、江苏省美术馆、甘肃省军区、上海书画出版社等收藏。部分作品及论文发表亍《美术》、《文艺研究》、《中国教育报》、《甘肃日报》等报刊杂志。
