陈兰卿，广东省潮州人，先后毕业于天津美术学院国画系、中国艺术研究院美术创作院研究生班。擅长花鸟、人物画。其作品兼工带写，格调高雅，没骨、写意笔墨秀逸洒脱，工笔重彩清润典雅，具有个人秀逸之艺术风格。
陈兰卿现为中国工笔画学会会员，广东省美术家协会会员，天津市美术家协会会员，潮州市政协委员。
出版美术书籍有杨柳青出版社出《陈兰卿百花百鸟图》、《二十四孝画册》、《陈兰卿画集.写意卷》、《陈兰卿画集.工笔卷》、《怎样画牡丹》等美术书籍，曾在上海、天津、广州、深圳、珠海、汕头等地举办个人画展及联展。曾在《美术报》、《中国书画报》等报纸发表个人创作漫谈。
《梦园》入选2008年全军纪念改革开放三十周年美术作品展；《溢》入选2010年第十六届亚运会全国中国画展；
《紫色家园》入选2011年百名中国工笔画家提名展；
《故园秋浓》入选2012年翰墨新象全国中国画展；
《寻梦》2013年入选第三届中国画线描艺术展等。
《秋霁》国画作品在“欢乐广东----广东省第十二届美术书法摄影作品联展”获铜奖。
《秋日》作品获“第四届中国画线描艺术展”优秀奖。
