陈学良，生于辽宁省凤城市人。著名山水画大家宋雨桂入室学生，现为中国美术协会会员、中央画院理事、中国书画名家网委会副主席、北京大学客座教授、南开大学美术学院特聘教授、辽宁美术协会理事、民革中央画院专业画家。
作品在《美术》、《国画家》、《中国书画报》、《书与画》、《东方美术》、《艺术探索》、《美术大观》、《美术报》等国内主要学术刊物大篇幅报道和专题介绍。出版有《中国近现代名家丛书》等多部个人画辑。1989年版画《大海的歌》入选中国美协举办的第七次“新人新作展”；1993年中国画《山城纪事》入选中国奥委会举办的全国第三届体育美展并为国际奥委会收藏；1994年中国画《山村农家》入选文化部、新华社举办的国际中华书画展中获“银奖”并收藏；1995年中国画《远山》入选中国文联、文化部艺术局、中国美协举办的世界反法西斯战争胜利五十周年全国美展；1999年中国画《凤凰山庙会》入选文化部、文化司举办的全国美展，获“群星奖》。中央电视台、辽宁电视台、甘肃电视台、徐州电视台、浙江金华电视台进行专题报道。近年来，在浙江金华市、甘肃兰州市、天水市、定西市、江苏徐州兴办过个人画展。作品在北京荣宝、中国嘉德、翰海等几家拍卖公司参加拍卖，作品还在日本、香港、新加坡、美国等地展出，并为国内外艺术机构和收藏家收藏。
