贾志发，1983年生，甘肃省靖远县人。2003年考入中国人民大学艺术学院绘画系，2007年保送攻读硕士研究生，师从许俊教授。现为中国美术家协会会员、北京美术家协会会员；兼任中央美术学院、李可染画院、首都博物院画院、北京艺术传媒职业学院专业指导教师。
