薛林兴画作

出生于青岛，1982年毕业于东北师范大学美术系。现任中国仕女画研究会会长，现任北京京文画院院长，北京林兴美术学院院长，国家一级美术师，联合国世界和平教育者国际协会艺术委员会亚洲区责任评委，99联合国世界和平美术大展金奖得主。中国美术家协会会员，中国艺术责任评委。
薛林兴在研究古今中外诸人物绘画大师的基础上，创造出独具魅力的绘画作品，在中国画坛独树一帜。以古典传统之韵，写现代观念之神。他作品中的人物神态典雅，形象优美。内在含蓄，耐人寻味。
多年来，薛先生创造了雍容华贵的的贵妃。冷艳绝俗的山鬼，冰清玉韵的嫦娥等近百个古典美人形象，被誉为‘薛贵妃’、‘东方美神’。薛先生于86年展开世界性美术交流活动，86年新华社发布《薛林兴的女性人物画》通稿。90年出版《薛林兴画集》，被收入《中国书画家百人》，《中国当代国画家辞典》等书。95年创办北京林兴美术学院。99年作品《奔月》和《安南》分别获联合国授予的“国际文化学术奖”和“世界名人最高奖”。出版1992年—2001年挂历专辑11本。90至93年旅居日本，于日本、台湾、新加坡、加拿大等国家和地区多次举办个人画展。被收录于《中国当代书画家百人》、《中国国画家名人大辞典》、《世界名人录》。日本原首相海部俊树，埃及总统穆巴拉克，葡萄牙总统苏亚雷斯等几十位国家首脑收藏了他的作品。
多年来，薛林兴的作品被有关国家领导人作为礼品赠送各国首脑，英国女王伊丽莎白二世、埃及总统穆巴拉克、葡萄牙总统苏亚雷斯、荷兰女王贝亚克丽特丝等国际名人先后给薛林兴复函致谢。
1987年英国首相撒切尔夫人接到薛林兴为她画的肖像画感谢：您创作的这幅作品将权力与博爱融为一体，我认为很好，非常感谢。
1989年美国总统布什接到薛林兴的绘画作品后复函致谢：我和夫人巴巴拉十分感谢您的珍贵礼物——漂亮的画和印章，我十分欣赏这非凡礼物的意义——良好的愿望和支持。
1991年与画家陈葆棣、姚少华先生在珠海举办《当代名家画展》。所得画款50万港币赠送珠海残疾人协会。
在“世界和平美术大展”中获得金奖，得到联合国组织的的赞赏和嘉奖。
北京青年画家薛林兴笔下的杨玉环，以其‘回眸一笑百媚生’的特有魅力，在中国画坛上独树一帜，为世人瞩目，他追求的古典美与现代美相融合的新画风自成一家；尤其在东南亚享有盛名，被誉为‘薛贵妃’。
1983年，燕京书画社首次发现薛林兴的《贵妃醉酒》，当即订了购了十幅；新加坡海欧画廊主人曾专程赴北京收藏他的‘贵妃’画作；从此他笔下‘玉楼宴罢醉和春’的‘贵妃娘娘’便开始了国际旅行。一九八八年秋，他又携‘贵妃’东渡日本，在岐阜市举办了首次个人画展，轰动全城；岐阜市市长赞叹说；“具有梦幻般魅力的美人画使市民大饱眼福。”
他非常热衷于祖国的慈善事业，经常参加为贫困的西北和西南少数民族地区捐款捐物的活动，手中的画笔也为开发大西北的事业创作出了不少杰出的作品。
薛先生身为山东才子，不仅才华横溢，而且人品极佳。他的侠肝义胆，古道热肠为世人所称道。许多奇遇是人们平常所难以想象的，然而薛先生正是以他的人格魅力使这些奇遇产生了出人意料的艺术效果，他不仅交到了真朋挚友，也在他们的帮助下，克服了一道道难关，在艺术追求的道路上不断前行。
