徐立新，1971年出生，毕业于中国艺术研究院研究生院。现为中国美术家协会线描艺术研究会副秘书长，中国美术家协会会员，中国国画研究院副秘书长兼创研部主任，中国工笔画协会会员，焦作师范学院名誉教授，《水墨视界》、《国画研究》杂志艺术总监。
