娄述德，笔名富有，男，1944年生于北京，1970年大学毕业，教授职称，中国美术家协会会员，现任北京师白艺术研究会会长，娄师白书画艺术学校名誉校长。拥有作品山水画《一览众山小》；人物画《见矿》等。
他出生于艺术之家，是国画大师娄师白之长子。自幼耳濡目染受到艺术熏陶，在其父口授心传之下，从小就打下了扎实的绘画功底，再加之刻苦和勤奋，使其艺术水平不断提高，而得到国内外好评。
其绘画功力深厚，创作严肃认真，在继承的基础上大胆创新，作品既有时代气息又有浓厚高雅的传统中国画特色。他擅长于写意花鸟及山水画，并得到了可称为中国画一绝的齐派工笔画真传。他精于治印，其篆刻作品在汉印的基础上吸收了齐白石大师的治印韵味，印文秀美有力，古拙朴实，疏密得当，浑厚大方，深得印学爱好者的赞赏。
他的书画篆刻作品曾多次入选参加北京市美术展览、全国大展、省市巡回展及国家大型活动，并在美国、日本、泰国、法国、韩国、台湾、香港等地区和国家展出。报刊和电视台都对他个人作过专题报道。他的许多作品在报刊上发表并被艺术馆、宾馆、国内外及港台各界人士收藏。其代表作有：获奖的山水画《一览众山小》；人物画《见矿》；写意花鸟画《壮志凌云》、《争游图》及工笔画《贝叶草虫》等。
除书画篆刻外，娄先生还潜心艺术理论的研究探索，不断提高艺术造诣和绘画水平。他提倡在继承中国画传统艺术的基础上，大胆吸收外来加以创新。中国画源于中华民族几千年的文明史，有中国文化底蕴内涵是区别中国画和其他画种的标志。他出访泰国，参加泰国国际美术展览公司举办的“中国画展望国际学术研讨会”和“中国画大展”时发表了题为：《浅谈中国画的“现代化”》的学术论文，受到了好评。他曾编辑出版过《娄师白印草》、《娄师白书画篆刻欣赏》、《娄师白画集》、《北京师白艺术研究会书画集》、《娄师白作品集》、《中华名家翰墨精品集》等书画集，并参与整理出版了四卷本绘画技法书《齐白石绘画艺术》等。
娄述德热心于艺术事业，经常应邀参加各种艺术活及动社会活动，先后加入了北京中国画研究会、北京市美术家协会、中国美术家协会，并任北京御苑书画院特约院士、首都企业家俱乐部企业家诗书画院特邀院士、北京中华文化学院客座教授、新华书画院特邀画师、北京将门书画院荣誉院长、中国人民政治协商会议朝阳区委员会第八、九届常委、政府特邀监察员等。
曾编辑出版了《北京师白艺术研究会书画集》、《娄师白画集》、《娄师白作品集》《中华名家翰墨精品集》等，并协助其父整理出版了四卷本绘画技法书《齐白石绘画艺术》。他的作品和传略被录入《当代著名书画家作品集》、《当代中国美术家名录》、《世界华人艺术家成就博览大典》、《世界当代书画篆刻家大词典》等多种文献刊物，幷获《世界华人艺术家证书》、《世界书画艺术名人证书》和《世界名人证书》等。
