李冬，满族，1966年10月生于北京。现为中国美术家协会会员；全国公安美术家协会副主席；中国海洋画研究院常务院委；世界华人组织联盟书画研究院副院长；中国文化管理学会艺术研究工作委员会理事；中国少数民族艺术促进会会员；新加坡神州艺术院院士。作品曾获文化部颁发的政府最高奖项“群星艺术奖”，被全国铁路总工会授予首批“火车头职工艺术家”称号，被“中国警察网”评选为“文艺之星”。
李冬自幼得家父北京画院教授，被誉为“中国画海第一人”的李海涛先生绘画技艺的真传，又拜师张道兴、李宝林、董辰生先生门下，得到王明明、周韶华、何家英、杨延文、石齐等诸多名家的教诲。自幼在北京市少年宫美术组、中央美术附中色彩训练班、中央美术学院高级素描班接受绘画训练，先后毕业于北京教育学院美术系与北京画院第一届高级创作班。
艺术简历
李冬的绘画题材及“点彩点墨”技法
李冬以海洋绘画和中国古典建筑为主要创作题材，在传统中国水墨画继承和发展上自悟创新，形成独特的绘画技法和艺术风格。在研究物象表现的基础上，自创“点”式笔法，讲求墨韵肌理、积墨积彩，其“点墨点彩”技法受到业内人士的肯定及国内外观者的好评。2008年在中国美术馆举办的“延·伸——李冬水墨艺术展”及“李冬水墨艺术研讨会”上，再次经众多著名艺术理论专家论证，李冬所运用的艺术技法融汇东西，用物象题材作精神载体，弘扬的是民族文化精神。其“点墨点彩”画法具有一定的原创性，是对中国传统水墨表现的拓宽与贡献。
