郭英华，山东莱州人。郭英华，中国美术家协会会员、文化部中外文化交流中心国韵文华书画院特聘画家、山东画院高级画师、烟台市美术家协会副主席、烟台现代画院副院长，烟台职业学院艺术系教授。作品多次参加国际、国内美术大展并多次获奖，收入各类画集，数十件作品发表于国家级专业报刊，有多件作品被中国美协、中央电视台等机构和个人收藏。出版画集有《人物画名家·郭英华》、《当代美术家·郭英华》等多种。擅长中国画、油画和连环画。其作品多次参加全国大展并获奖，另有千余件作品发表和收入画集。其传略被多部辞典载入。多家报刊和电视台对其艺术作过报道和介绍。
