金晓海，号晓嗨，1963年生于浙江临安。浙籍著名花鸟画家，1989年受教于著名画家陆抑非先生，1990年毕业于中国美院国画系。现为杭州兰亭画院院长、浙江省美术家协会会员、中国民族书画研究院副院长、中南海紫光阁画院院士、中国文联书画艺术交流中心会员、中国美术研究院研究员、中国新华网书画频道艺术顾问、浙江省诗书画之友社理事、浙江省国际美术交流协会理事、中国扶贫书画院副院长、浙江省花鸟画家协会会员等，一级美术师、教授，被美术界权威机构评为“当代画坛十大名家”。
作品分别编入《世界华人书画作品选集》、《跨世纪翰墨艺术家书画库》、《当代书画名家大辞典》、《中国书画篆刻艺术大观》、《中国当代书画家名库》、《中国书画家精选》、《中亨杯全国书画大赛精品选》、《西部辉煌中国画作品提名展》、《共和国建设档案》、《当代十大名家》、《中国美术十大家》、《当代中国画坛最具有影响力的五大名家——艺坛五杰》等10余部画集。

2004年，杭州兰亭画院主办的“浙津湘鲁中国名家书画联展”在秦皇岛成功举办。
