宋绍喜（少稀）国家一级美术师，现为中国美术家协会会员、新华社编辑、出生于北京。2001年旅德期间，被德国AOK电视台录制了专题片，介绍其人其画，并收藏作品多幅，2002年接受德国电视台著名节目主持人道﹒林格先生邀请在柏林电视台演播厅讲授中国书画艺术。结业于中央美术学院国画系，现供职于中直机关，高级书画师。
书法：以唐楷入手，上朔魏晋之行，遍临碑帖。融合古人变法为今，强调点画的节奏，字与字之间的联系，行与行之间的关系，注重动感，创造出自己独特的行书，以符合当今时代之特征。
