柴寿武，号百竹轩主，天津市人，出生于1949年4月，现为中国美术家协会天津分会会员；中国国际书画研究院研究员；中国书画印研究院高级研究员；国家文化部主管部门特聘书画家；通过国家人事部主管部门ISQ和ISE中国书画家资质认证，授予“全国知名国画家”称号。柴先生毕业于南开大学，撷英于津门画苑。自幼酷爱书画艺术，师承津门书画名家而四十年临池不缀，逐步形成雅逸豪放的艺术风格。
1985年，作品《春满神州》入选“天津市文化艺术博览会”荣获国画二等奖。
1990年，作品《雅韵凝诗图》入选在日本东京都举办的“中日书画交流展”获优秀作品奖。
1997年，作品《千里共婵娟》入选“香港回归杯美术作品大赛”获优秀作品奖。
2003年，作品《天欲坠赖以柱其间》荣获“纪念*主席诞辰110周年全国书画大赛”金奖。
2004年，作品《竹韵》荣获“全国梅兰竹菊中国画大赛”优秀作品奖。
2005年，作品《馨梦》荣获“庆祝中国书画报创刊20周年书画大赛三等奖”。
多年来，柴先生的多幅作品在国内及港、澳报刊杂志上不断发表；许多作品被海内外同好收藏。他曾以数年时间精心绘制不同风格、不同神韵、不同构图的墨竹一百幅，展出后深受画界好评。其画室因名“百竹轩”，先生自号百竹轩主人。《春满神州》入选“天津市文化艺术博览会”荣获国画二等奖。
2003年，作品《天欲坠赖以柱其间》荣获“纪念*主席诞辰110周年全国书画大赛”金奖。
2005年，作品《吉利图》荣获“全国鸡年画鸡国画大赛”优秀作品奖。
