王东斌(1954.2—)陕西长武人。号孤石、西戎耕夫等。现为中国美术家协会会员，中国版协装帧研究会会员，陕西装帧研究会副主任，中国少儿读物插图封面研究会第一届理事会执行理事，陕西画家网会员。擅长中国画、插图。
作品参加第七届、第八届全国美展，和第四届、第五届、第六届全国插图装帧艺术展及国内外美术作品大展并多次获奖。《儿童寓言》入选第七届全国美展；《宋定伯捉鬼》入选第八届全国美展；《锦囊妙计》（国画插画）获第四届全国装帧艺术展插图银奖；《绘画本中国典故》（国画插图）获中国第5届全国装帧艺术展插图优秀作品奖；《秋高图》（国画）参加全国第一届山水画邀请展。作品入编《中国现代美术全集》《中国美术家》《全国第一届当代中国山水画邀请展作品集》《中国当代书籍插图》等画册。并出版有专题画册。装帧艺术作品百余种参加了全国及全国十省市装帧艺术作品展，并多次获得一、二等奖。
