邓天平，1974年生，河北唐山人。毕业于河北师范大学美术系。擅国画人物，工写结合。作品色调明快，笔触流畅，技法纯熟，是较有影响的青年画家之一。现为中国美术家协会会员，唐山市美协副秘书长，唐山市人物画研究会会长，中国云峰画苑画家，唐山画院专职画家。2013年于陈钰铭先生水墨家园研修。
