黄志林，1955年生，河北井陉县人，中国美协会员，国家一级美术师，97中国画坛百杰画家，河北省画院特聘高级画师。曾获得中国煤矿美术成就奖。1994年修业余中央美术学院，1985年进修于中国美术学院中国画系高研班，1986年结业于中国美术学院中国画系人物画班。作品曾被中国文联、中国美院、中国煤炭博物馆及国外艺术馆收藏并入编多部大型画集。多次赴英国、波兰、加拿大、台湾等国家和地区展出，并在国内外报刊、电视台作专题报道。现为中国美术家协会会员，国家一级美术师，河北画院特聘画家，石家庄市美术家协会副主席。
主要展览：
1987年参加在中国美术馆举办的《中国煤矿十人中国画展》。
1990年中国画《一块儿的伙计们》荣获首届中国煤矿艺术节铜牌奖；
1990年中国画《煤魂》获首届河北省中国人物画展一等奖；
1993年中国画《大家闺秀》《幽香》《走娘家》入选全国第九次新人新作展；
