李世光，山东省龙口市人，生于1956年，现客居北京，中国美术家协会会员，中国百名中青年画家，紫云阁艺术研究部主任，龙口市政协委员，曾先后就读俄罗斯油画研究生和中国美院国画系，师从刘国辉、吴山明、吴宪生等人，作品多次在全国重要展览中获奖和被权威机构收藏。

2003年国画作品《收获》获中国美协举办全国中国画作品提名展银奖，并在《美术》刊物发表。
2004年国画作品《海风》入选中国美协举办的全国第二届中国人物画展。
2004年国画作品《海之子》获中国美协举办的全国中青年中国画提名展优秀奖。
2005年国画作品《战地黄花》入选中国美协举办的《2005年纪念抗日战争胜利六十周年全国中国画作品展》。
2006年国画作品《观沧海》、《怀素蕉书图》入选中国美协举办的《第三届“菜乡情”全国百名画家中国画邀请展》。
2007年10月作品《醉书图》入选“纪念释迦牟尼佛诞辰”全国中国美术家协会会员提名展。
