韩清茂，1963年出生，河北藁城籍，毕业于解放军艺术学院美术系中国画专业。中国美术家协会会员，北京军区书画研究院画家，中国残联书画院特聘画家。多次在全国、全军美展中获奖，并有多幅作品在军内外报刊发表。作品《验靶》获总政和中国美协主办的“第十届全军美术作品展”优秀奖；《岁月》获中国美协主办的“纪念抗日战争胜利60周年全国中国画作品展”优秀奖。
