张幼矩,四川成都人。现为国家一级美术师、中国美术家协会会员、中华诗词学会会员、中国楹联学会会员、四川省作家协会会员、成都市民盟书画院副院长。主要作品有《九寨沟》（邮票用画）、《血凝河山》（中央军委用画）、《九寨金秋》（四川省委用画）等。　
国家一级美术师，中国美术家协会会员暨四川省美协山水画会学术部主任和花鸟画会常委、四川省诗书画国际艺术交流协会副会长。成都民盟书画院副院长，成都画院专职画师，北京大学东方书画家协会高级顾问。四川省书协会员暨成都市书协理事、四川省作协会员、中华诗词学会，中国楹联学会、中国散文学会会员暨四川省诗词学会、楹联学会理事。其世缘自师承与自学，工写兼擅。主攻山水，兼及花鸟人物书法篆刻，并从事诗词，散文等文学创作、文艺评论和美学研究。书画作品在国际国内多次参展并获奖50余次。一批气势磅礴的巨幅作品为中央军委、天安门、中南海、毛主席纪念堂、军博、京西宾馆、北京大学、裕龙大酒店收藏并张挂，一批四川名胜巨幅为四川省委、省政府及驻京办事处，锦江宾馆等贵宾接待大厅、会议厅收藏并张挂。并印入国家礼品画岫。其又是中国名酒“泸州老窖”酒标书字和“全兴大曲”酒票印章的作品和国家邮票“九寨沟”的主创设计者。其文章诗词等为人民日报、中国书法、四川日报、新疆日报、金榜仍、剑南诗词丛钞、峨岷诗稿、春雨集等报幕及专业刊物发表，并获优秀论著奖。其艺术受到了张爱萍、杨成武、方毅、刘华清、高占祥等中央领导和常任侠、柳倩、李少言、李焕民、吴凡、钱来忠、赵金光等专家学者的肯定和赞扬。有画集《张幼矩水山画》、文艺论集《半窗艺语》行世。辞书《中国美术家》《中国当代艺术界名人录》《中国当代美术家人名录》《世界华人美术名家年鉴》《中国书画鉴赏辞典》《中华诗辞年鉴》《四川美术家》有传。是集画、史、论为一体，文化修养全面的艺术家。
