黄戈，1975年生于天津。天津美术学院中国画系本科，南开大学东方艺术系中国画硕士，南京艺术学院中国画论博士，东南大学艺术学博士后，现为江苏省国画院傅抱石纪念馆副馆长，副研究员。南开大学文学院东方艺术系兼职硕士生导师。
