韩墨：1971年生于山东临沂。中国美术家协会会员，山东省美术家协会常务副秘书长（驻会），山东国际美术博览会秘书长、学术主持。多年来致力于现代彩墨画的创作研究，作品多次参加全国众多学术展、邀请展，在中国美协主办的“中亨杯全国中国画大展”、“赴澳大利亚中国画大展”等展览中多次获奖，先后在十余个大中城市举办个人画展，《美术》、《国画家》、《美术观察》等数十家专业刊物专题报道其艺术成就或刊发其作品、美术批评文章，出版有《韩墨画集》、《韩墨研究》、《翰墨履痕》等。韩墨也是当代优秀的美术组织工作者和优秀的策展人，曾成功策划并主持了中国美协“新时代中国画展”、“山东国际美术博览会”、“首届中国艺术传媒年度峰会”、“当代中国花鸟画大展”等重大美术活动，由多家美术出版社特聘主编出版了数十种专业画册，为美术事业和美术产业的发展做出了积极贡献，被专业媒体评为“中国十大美术策展人”之一。

1、1997年江西美术出版社出版《韩墨画集》。
2、2005年河北美术出版社出版《韩墨研究》。
3、2000年起担任山东电视台“时代美术”专栏主编，山东电视书画院副院长。此后以专栏撰稿人身份采写周韶华、冯今松、秦岭云、史国良等美术评论文章数十篇，在山东电视台播出并陆续发表于全国多家学术报刊。
4、2001年与郭怡宗、王晋元、何水法、江文湛、霍春阳等十人入编古吴轩出版社出版的《当代中国花鸟画新技法》及《当代名家画牡丹》系列丛书。
5、2002年起，受河北美术出版社之邀，担任《当代中国画名家研究》系列书库主编，至今已完成40余位当代中国画名家的研究出版工作，分别出版了单行本画册。
6、2003年受河北美术出版社之邀，担任《名家画山水》、《名家画人物》丛书主编及《名家花鸟小品》、《名家山水小品》、《名家人物小品》系列丛书主编。
7、2004年主编《国画家》专辑，发表专题文章，大力呼唤“振兴当代大写意花鸟画，重铸新时代的经典艺术”，并撰文点评部分花鸟画名家。
8、2006年主编《君子之风——当代百家梅花画谱》，由岭南美术出版社出版发行。
9、近十年间，主编并出版了《山东省跨世纪中国画精品集》、《新时代中国画作品集》、《水墨动向》等数十部大型美术图书。
三、美术策划成果
1、1999年策划并主持了由山东省美协主办的“山东省跨世纪中国画精品展”。
2、2000年策划并主持中国美协“新时代中国画作品展”，担任组织委员会副主任兼秘书长。
3、2004年起至今，连续四届策划主持由山东省文联、山东电视台、山东省美协等主办的“首届山东－中国书画艺术博览会”，担任总策划、艺术总监、秘书长，策划系列学术性主题展览，发表《学术介入，构建艺术市场新秩序》、《创建中国艺术博览会的新模式》等市场研究论文。
4、2004年起，连续三届策划第十二、十三、十四届《当代中国花鸟画名家邀请展》，分别在山东、广州、重庆举办，担任学术主持并作为艺术家参展。
5、2005年，策划由山东省政府牵头、省残联主办的“爱心无价——山东国利艺术品助残公益拍卖会”，担任总策划。
6、韩墨还经常组织和参加社会公益捐赠活动，本人为慈善公益事业捐赠作品价值百余万元，组织捐赠价值逾千万元，被山东省红十字会授予“荣誉会员”称号，受到省公安厅、省慈善总会等单位表彰。
