黄鸿仪，男，1942年生于福建省南安县。初中毕业考入南京艺专学画，1961年中专毕业考入南京艺术学院国画专业深造。1965年大学毕业后长期任文艺刊物美术编辑，1979年调江苏省国画院任画师，力行“外师造化，中得心源”之路。作品《爱》、《笑问客从何处来》、《彝家风情》、《桔颂》和巨幛《郑成功台湾受降图》、《台湾同胞欢迎郑成功》等，作品多次参加全国、省市画展并选送印度、美国、日本、韩国、非洲、新加坡与港台地区展出，还在《美术》、《国画家》、《人民日报》等全国性报刊发表及被有关部门收藏。出版专著《现代中国画名家研究论集》、《岭南画派》等，在海内外报刊发表论文一百多篇。传略收入《中国现代美术家人名大辞典》、《世界华人文学艺术界名人录》等20多种辞典。现为江苏省国画院国家一级美术师，中国美术家协会会员。曾任画院理论研究室副主任、兼任中国华侨大学艺术系副主任。现兼任江苏省美术馆特聘研究员、江苏文德山水画研究会副会长、南安市书画院名誉院长、香港福建书画研究会顾问。
