方向，1967年生于广东汕头，1988年毕业于广州美术学院国画系，现为广东画院专职画家。作品获九届美展银奖，十届美展铜奖，首届南京水墨画传媒三年展傅抱石奖，庆祝建国五十周年广东省美术作品展金奖，首届全国山水画作品展优秀奖等奖项。并被《中国画收藏导报》评为“2005年度当代最具升值潜力的中国画家”
