陈修范(1934，7—)女，祖籍浙江慈溪人，1934年生于南京。擅长中国画。著名艺术家、工笔美术家、杰出的工笔花鸟画家陈之佛教授之女，她自幼得其父亲教诲，并耳濡目染，心摹手追，打下了扎实的绘画基础，蕴育了高雅的艺术素养。1950年考取了苏州美专（后改为华东艺术专）。1955年，陈修范毕业于华东艺专，因其毕业时创作的一幅人物画被上海人民出版社选中，故被分配到上海人民美术出版社工作，先后搞过连环画创作和美术编辑。后又调至江苏人民出版社。
在出版社工作的这段时间里她虽然创作不多，但却得以接触了大量的绘画作品和理论文章，眼界大开。1978年，进入江苏省国画院，专业从事中国画的创作和研究，主攻工笔花鸟。历任上海人民美术出版社、江苏人民美术出版社美术编辑，江苏省文化局美术干部，江苏省国画院专职画家、一级美术师。作品有《憩鹤图》、《腋》、《秋》、《晨曦》、《幽谷清溪》、《迎春》、《寒月》、《瑞雪》等。编著有《陈之佛研究》、《陈之佛文集》、《陈之佛花鸟画集》、《陈之佛染织图案》等。
陈修范女士的创作态度非常认真，她认为，只有全身心在投入才能创作出好的作品来。由于其家学渊源，学画刻苦，基础扎实，加之学养深厚，因此，她的工笔花鸟画精妙传神，格高气清，风韵天成。她应邀为北京人民大会堂所作松鹰图，在圆形构图上其松树枝干虬劲苍老，松叶充满生机。数叶红枫与墨绿色的松针相映成趣，使画面显得朝气蓬勃；松干上，一只白鹰回首远眺，目光如炬，作品既有传统工笔花鸟画刻画细腻、构图精巧的特色，又有作者意境深邃、清新明快的个人风格。
纵观陈修范女士的工笔花鸟，人们不难体味蕴涵其中的深厚的传统功力与素养，但其作品题材、风格与技法上，又不囿于传统。如多样化的题材、运用自如的积水法、令人回味无穷的意境等，都让人有耳目一新之感。
陈修范现为江苏省国画院国家一级美术师、江苏省花鸟画研究会名誉会长、中国美术家协会会员、当代工笔画学会会员、陈之佛故居文保所顾问，被美国西南大学聘为研究委员。其作品多次参加国内大展，并先后在日本、美国、加拿大、俄罗斯、新加坡、澳大利亚、坦桑尼亚、尼泊尔、约旦、印度、朝鲜等国家展览出版和珍藏。中国画报出版社、香港亚洲文化艺术出版社均分别出版有《陈修范画集》。并与李有光合编出版了《陈之佛研究》、《陈之佛染织图案》、《陈之佛画谱》及大型画册《陈之佛花鸟画集》等。她不仅致力于工笔花鸟画的创作与研究，还主持成立省花鸟画研究会，以展览观摩、理论研讨的形式吸引了更多的画家为繁荣中国花鸟画辛勤耕耘。
