石英,生于西安。毕业于西安美术学院，结业于中国艺术研究院研究生院、陕西国画院高研班，师从崔振宽先生，现为中国美协会员，陕西省山水画研究会副主席，陕西国画院特聘画家。

作品参加：“第十一届全国美展”：“第二届全国中国画展”；《画刊》主办的“2007水墨报告——中国当代水墨艺术家巡回展”；“2008年全国中国画作品展”；2009年全国中国画作品展；“第五届中国西部大地情——中国画、油画作品展”;“《中国美术大事记》记录当代——中国美术家代表作品展”；“陕西省中青年画家优秀作品展”。“05-06窑门系列·石英画展”参加陕西国画院主办的“陕西中青年画家邀请展”
