陈健，笔名陈天林，生于济南，祖籍临沂。先后就读于山东工艺美术学院、山东师范大学美术学院、中国美术学院，获学士、硕士学位。现为济南大学美术学院水墨艺术研究中心主任、美术学院中国画研究所研究员、山东画院高级画师、中国书法家协会会员、山东省美术家协会会员、山东省书法家协会会员、山东省青联委员、济南市美术家协会副主席、济南市书法家协会创作委员会委员。
陈健先生身为齐鲁画派青年画家代表人物，其绘画艺术追求浑穆自然、妙趣天成的创作风格，在他的笔下无论是山水、花鸟还是人物都能通过看似信手而为实则匠心独运的表现，营造出一种既从容散淡又洒脱超逸的艺术境界。他的书画作品多次参加全国大展并获奖，先后主持或参与省级、厅级、校级立项多项，曾荣获山东省委省政府“泰山文艺奖”、山东省“五一文化奖”、山东省“美术创作奖”，济南市委市政府“泉城文艺奖”等。多幅国画作品被山东省委、省政府、中华全国总工会、中国文学艺术基金会、中国国家画院、中国美术家协会、山东省美术家协会、济南军区等机关与单位收藏。
在艺术道路上主张广涉博取、融会贯通，于人物、山水、花鸟、书法、篆刻、诗词等均有用意，曾得到王小古、魏启后、方增先、卢坤峰、章祖安、童中焘、郭志光、霍春阳、韩天衡、王冬龄、刘正成、陈振濂、徐利明、陈平、胡应康等南北书画名家指授，艺事大进。1999年在山东工艺美院成功举办“道法自然——陈健中国画作品展”，得到书画界专家、前辈和各界人士的充分肯定，著名书画家魏启后先生观其作品大为赞许并欣然题词“写悟天趣，超乎自然”。潜心于花鸟画、山水画创作，逐渐形成了诗、书、画、印有机结合，不拘南北艺术风格，融合多种艺术手法，彰显浑穆自然、妙趣天成的艺术创作理念。通过看似信手而为实则匠心独运的表现，营造出一种既从容散淡又洒脱超逸的艺术境界。

国画作品先后荣获山东省委省政府“泰山文艺奖”、“五一文化奖”一等奖、三等奖，山东省首届泰山文艺奖中国画大展一等奖，2010山东省艺术院校教师美术大赛国画、书法两项金奖，山东省第四届写生展二等奖，第十一届全国美展山东展二等奖，山东省首届青年美展优秀奖，2012山东省美术家协会“美术创作奖”等奖项。国画作品入展“全国第二届山水画双年展”（国家画院）、“2011‘辉煌浦东’全国中国画展”（中国美协）、“2012首届公望富春——全国中国山水画作品展”（中国美协）、“齐鲁颂‘三个一百’艺术创作工程——百处山东重要名胜古迹作品展”（省文联、省美协）、“山东中国山水画晋京展”（省文联、省美协）、“山东省首届花鸟画大展”（省文联、省美协）、“当代国画名家邀请展”、“全国山水画名家提名展”、“实力派青年画家作品展”、“全国小品画名家邀请展”等重大展事。作品与论文刊发于《美术报》、《书法报》、《美术》、《书法》、《书与画》、《中国体卫艺教育》、《时代文学》等专业刊物，国画作品被山东省委、省政府、中华全国总工会、中国国家画院、中国美术家协会、山东省美术家协会等部门收藏。
2012年6月1日，作为山东美术创作青年骨干，受孔维克院长之邀，参加了山东省推动形成“齐鲁画派”第一次领导小组工作会议。

现为山东画院高级画师、中国书法家协会会员、山东省美术家协会会员、山东省书法家协会会员、济南市美术家协会副主席，济南市美术家协会理事、济南市书法家协会创作委员会委员。
