张乃兴，山东巨野人，现为中国美协会员，中国文物学会会员，齐白石艺术研究会理事。张乃兴现任职解放军某部，负责美术、书法、摄影创作组织等工作。在繁忙的工作之余勤于创作。1996年4月底，家乡的邀请在菏泽博物馆、曹州美术馆成功地举办了个人画展，深受各界好评，并于1998年出版了《张乃兴作品》个人画集。近年来，他的作品多次参加全国全军美展各类展览并多次获奖。如工笔人物画《紫荆英姿》入选第九届全军美展；山水画《青风吹来故乡春》又选“凤凰杯”祖国内地、港、澳、台大学生书画大展，并获铜奖；工笔花鸟画《晨雪》又选北京市美展。同时，他的书法作品两次又选中国书协书法培训中心《中国当代名家作品暨书协培训中心教学成果作品》展，并分别获得三等奖和二等奖。在《人民日报》、《当代中国画杰出人才作品集》、《现代中国绘画》、《解放军美术作品精选》、《解放军美术精品集》、《第十届全国美展作品集》、《中国农业史画》等多家报刊图书，画集发表作品近200件。作品被北京人民大会堂、亚运会组委会、五洲大酒店、全国妇联、荣宝斋等收藏陈列。

1984年离开巨野老家求学，
95年毕业于中央美院国画系硕士研究生，花鸟画课程班，
1997年毕业于解放军艺术学院美术系人物国画班。
其间，张乃兴拜金鸿荺大师为师学习花鸟画，后聆教于周成谦先生学习山水画，博纳众长。
