侯幼珍(1940.5—)别名李凤，女，天津静海人。擅长中国画，近年专注于写意山水与花鸟。1963年北京艺术学院国画系毕业。于1993年冬在台湾参加《大陆名家书画展》并讲学，曾任首都师范大学美术系副教授。现为中国美术家协会会员、中国工笔画学会会员，首都师范大学美术系副教授。传略收入《中国美术家人名辞典》、《中国现代美术家人名大辞典》、《中国当代国画家辞典》、《现代中国画家名鉴》、《中国当代美术家人名录》、《中国当代名录》。
毕业作《大地儿女》发表在当时的《北京日报》和《河北日报》。
代表作《鲁迅先生》、《山花》、《橘颂》、《易水寒》、《爱莲图》、《空了歌》、《高山流水》、《三顾茅庐》、《郑成功》、《月下求贤》、《铺路石》、《高山流水》等，均参加国内、外美展，并在刊物上发表。部分作品被国内外博物馆收藏。
出版有《侯幼珍画集》、《侯幼珍花鸟画集》。
