姚卫国，笔名古岳，男，1958年生于河北邢台，毕业于河北师范大学美术系，结业于中国艺术研究院书画研修班、北京画院国画人物研修班。中国美术家协会会员，国家一级美术师，中国民间文艺家协会会员，《散文百家》杂志社美术主编，现任邢台市美术家协会主席，河北画院国画院研究员，河北省美术家协会常务理事。
