赵兵凯(1927.1—)河北深县人。擅长绘画。1947年就读于北京京华美术学院，1949年在华北大学三部学习。历任天津美术工作室、《天津画报》编辑组长、天津人民美术出版社美术编辑。
赵兵凯是老资格的中国美协会员、天津美协理事、天津人民美术出版社建社老编辑。
