张修竹，1950年生于四川新繁。中国美术家协会会员，职业画家。擅长中国画。
1986年入中国画研究院进修班学习。历任四川新都川剧团、大邑地主庄园陈列馆、新都县文化馆美工，温江地区文化馆、成都市群众艺术馆美术干部，美术出版社美术编辑室主任。他的创作在不失民族文化个性的前提下，自然地融合东西方绘画艺术的精华，形成了个人鲜明的绘画风格，画中充满着真情实感。1984年《春衣处处催刀尺》参加《第六届全国美展优秀作品展》，1989年《春华秋实》参加《第七届全国美展》，1994年《静静的岁月》参加《第八届全国美展优秀作品展》，及“中华杯”中国画大奖赛获奖作品展、当代中国山水·油画风景展等全国性美展。作品《春衣处处催刀尺》、《川西故土》为中国美术馆收藏。出版有《张修竹画集》、《当代实力派画家精品—张修竹》等。
