张明超，1954年生于福州。1982年毕业于福建师范大学美术系。福州画院画师。现为中国美术家协会会员，福建美术家协会理事，福建师范大学美术学院副院长、教授。作品历史画、人物画代表作品（均为本人独立创作实践）

Zhang Mingchao was born in Fuzhou in 1954. He graduated from the Department of fine arts of Fujian Normal University in 1982. Painter of Fuzhou Painting Academy. Now he is a member of China Artists Association, director of Fujian Artists Association, vice president and professor of Fine Arts College of Fujian Normal University. Dialogue of Chinese painting (Zhang Daqian, Picasso) was selected into the Eighth National Art Exhibition of the Ministry of culture and sponsored by China Artists Association in 1994.

Chinese painting "in memory of forgetting" (Roushi, Yin Fu, Hu yepin, Li Weisen, Feng Keng) won the bronze medal of the first national Chinese figure painting exhibition. In 1998, China Artists Association won the second prize of the second hundred flowers art award of Fujian Province. Sponsored by Fujian provincial government 1998
