何报榴，字大河，高级书画师，中国美术家协会会员。毕业于广西艺院美术系。现为江西省文史研究馆馆员、中国手指画研究会顾问，日本在日中国书画篆刻家联盟顾问，泰山艺术研究院教授。改革开放后，他率先提出反向艺术观念，独创单双管逆向体书画，曾到沈阳、黄山等地表演，被誉为中华一绝。其书画作品多次展出于国内外。‘96彩墨作品参加纽约、东京、多伦多联合举办的“长城颂艺术大展”，获创新奖奖及金色奖牌。’99书画作品在泰国举办的国际第二届世界华人艺术大评奖中获荣誉金奖，2000年书画各一件参加迎澳门回归全国书画摄影艺术大展获荣誉金奖。其作品广为海内外美术馆、博物馆及个人广为收藏。艺术简历载入《世界华人艺术家名人录》、《世界美术家传》华人卷、《世界书画篆刻家辞典》等20多种辞书。2001年湖南东方名人文化研究院特聘为常务顾问，并授予首届东方名人成就奖。中国文联艺术指导委员会等单位授予“中国当代书画名家”称号，中国文联书画艺术交流中心等单位授予第四届全国山水画展“特邀名家”称号。
作品《雨夜》、《课堂》参加全国美展，代表作品有《被歼》、《双鸡图》、《行草》、《华夏魂》、《巴山日出》等。《论中国指墨艺术和反向艺术观念》获优秀论文奖。
