黄雪芳，又名雨谷，福建平和人。毕业于福建工艺美术学院国画山水专业，现于厦门美术馆从事美术工作。作品多次入选全国大展并获奖，其中漆画作品《岁月。记忆。印象》获第十一届全国美术作品展览获奖提名；国画作品《乡情》获“全国山水画大展”优秀奖；《故乡云》获第四届当代中国山水大展”优秀奖；《春融》获“中国国际科技文化成果博览会”金奖；《徽州暮色》获“艺海精英”中国书画艺术作品大展铜奖；《初晴》获全国第十二届“群星奖”铜奖；《乡情、记忆、印象》入选2006全国中国画大展；《烟雨人家》入选“世纪、中国风情展”；《土楼风情》赴澳大利亚马卢奇郡参展等。部分作品被国内外各艺术机构及个人收藏。
