赵浦田、又名甫田，号老圃，大莽莽。一九四九年（1950年）生于山东省临清市里官庄村，毕业于北京中国人民大学群文系。自幼以指当笔，以地为纸自研书画，曾受到乡贤赵维轩、张御园、李子钧、周惊湖、宋萍轩先生之薰陶，后拜师张彦青、高冠华孙其峰为师。
参加过“全国第一届山水画邀请展”、“全国文化系统书画展”、“国际中国画大展”、“96中日现代水墨画交流展”、“山东省书画双年展”。
一九九五年“九九老人节”之际在临清市总工会举办“赵浦田书画展”。
一九九六年十二月二十六日在北京中国美术馆举办“赵浦田书画展”，谷牧、耿飚、迟浩田、翟泰丰、王济夫、季羡林、廖静文、孙其峰、高冠华、刘曦林、杨力舟等领导及专家参观指导并题词祝贺。
一九九七年三月被山东省人事厅、山东省文化厅评为全省先进文化工作者，荣获“二等功”。
二OO八年十二月二十六日在临清市张彦青艺术馆举办“赵浦田书画展”。
书画作品被“徐悲鸿纪念馆”、“荣宝斋”、“中国人民抗日战争纪念馆”、“中国翰墨文化中心”等文博部门收藏。
人民日报、中国书画报、中国文化报、中国艺术报、羲之书画报、北京日报、大众日报等报刊登载了专题介绍文章。
现为：中国美术家协会会员（编号：14307）、文化部艺术人才学部委员、中国翰墨文化促进会会员、国家一级美术师，山东省美术家协会会员。
