男，1933年3月生，辽宁省辽阳市人。辽阳市文化艺术中心主任、副研究员。号无知者。幼年起自学书画。
1948年末开始从事美术组织工作和美术创作活动。1950年任辽阳市文化馆副馆长，出版连环画册七本。80年代任辽阳市艺术馆美术摄影部主任，并在鲁迅美术学院进修。现为中国美术家协会辽宁分会会员、辽宁中国画研究会理事、辽阳市美术家协会名誉主席、辽阳市政协书画院副院长、辽阳市老年书画研究会副会长。
70年代末开始国画、花鸟画创作。1986年国画《听雨》、《晴晨》等作品由文化部选入“当代中国画展”送往蒙古、西班牙、美国、日本、新加坡等国家展出。部分作品被收藏和收入画集。1988年国画《初醒》选入辽阳市首届文化节美展获金奖。1992年《关东九月》选入中国美协主办“纪念‘九一八’事变60周年中国画展”获佳作奖。1996年7月在北京中国美术馆举办个人画展，展出主要作品《关东野韵》(1×60米)长卷。出版有《中国当代美术家精品集-王逸专集》、《王逸师生国画作品选》、《王逸中国画长卷—关东野韵》、《美术家王逸》。艺术成就被收入《世界美术家传》、《世界美术集》、《世界名人录》、《中国美术选集》、《中国美术家》、《中国关东国画家·辽宁卷》等20余种辞书与画集中。
