靳瑞强，1987生于山西稷山高渠村，自幼受外祖母和祖父的影响对绘画和戏曲有着浓厚的兴趣。师从我国著名画家黄山老师学习漆画、中国画的创作与研究。2011年结业于南京艺术学院全国漆画高研班。现为中国美术家协会会员，中国工笔画学会会员，中国画学会会员，山西省“杏花奖”获得者。
2006年，作品《寒塘幽梦》荣获“第三届山西省花鸟画展”二等奖，并被山西晋祠博物馆收藏。
2006年，作品《碧水天籁》入选“第四届全国青年中国画年展”，并被中国文学艺术基金会收藏。
2007年，作品《雪润》荣获“厦门2007中国漆画展”优秀奖，并被厦门市政府收藏。
2008年，作品《物华轻琼》荣获“山西省杏花奖美术作品展”优秀奖
2010年，作品《乡音》入选“上海世博会中国美术作品展”，并被上海博物院收藏。
2011年，作品《春潮》入选“第四届全国青年美展”
