赵勋(1954.4—)辽宁人。中国美术家协会会员，擅长中国画、年画。1981年鲁迅美术学院国画系毕业留校任教。曾为哈尔滨师范大学艺术学院美术教育系副教授，现就职于广东省嘉应学院美术系。

1984年，中国画《农乐图》入选第六届全国美展；1989年，水彩画《庭院》在美国展出；
1990年，中国画《古人诗意》参加美国各地巡展；
中国画《中国北极》获中国对外文化交流协会展三等奖；
1992年，由北京出版社出版个人画集。
1994年，创作大型连环画《三大战役》获新闻总署优秀图书一等奖；
《龙飞凤舞庆丰年》获文化部第五届全国年画铜奖；
《我们的春天》入选第九届全国美展；
1995年，国画《人到此时更年轻》获全国体育美术展佳作奖，同年获黑龙江省新闻出版局图书装帧一等奖；
1997年，国画《国粹》入选首届中国画人物画展；
1999年，国画《凤》入选全国体育美术展；
年画《花季》获全国当代中国青年书画展一等奖；

2002年-2007年创作完成高2米，总长123米中国人物画长卷《从围龙走出的客家人》，并先后在梅州、增城、西安、深圳等地巡展。
2012年9月15日，应邀参加“两岸书画名家作品联展”。
