赵五子，1951年生于河北省，现居北京。1973年毕业于河北工艺美术学院，2006年考入中国艺术研究院李魁正工作室。现为职业画家，中国美术家协会会员。精于工笔花鸟，擅长泼绘写意。其作品多次参加中国美术家协会大展并获奖，被国内外美术馆及个人收藏。
2007年，作品《清香逸远》入选2007年全国中国画作品展；
2008年，作品《荷塘之歌》入选2008年全国中国画作品展；
2010年，作品《故园情》在全国第二届中国画线描艺术展获得优秀奖；
作品《冰融》入选2010年全国中国画作品展；
2011年，作品《巢湖细雨》在第三届江南文化节大痴情缘纪念黄公望中国山水画展获得优秀奖；
作品《新村怡景》入选全国第八届工笔画大展暨中国新农村建设成就绘画展；
作品《水乡逸景》入选第三届中国（湘潭）齐白石国际文化艺术节“全国中国画作品展览”；
2012年，作品《山魂》入选锦绣中原中国画作品展；作品《圣土晨晓》入选首届公望富春山水画作品展。

Zhao Wuzi, was born at Heibei to save 1951, reside Beijing now. Was graduated from institute of Heibei arts and crafts 1973, took an examination of Li Kui of Chinese artistic academy 2006 atelier. It is professional painter now, chinese artist academician.
